Premium Service Game Day Staff - The Oakland Raiders (Alameda, CA)

Position Overview

The Premium Service Game Day Staff will be responsible for providing a first-class premium experience by delivering exceptional service to all premium clients of The Oakland Raiders. This position will assist with suite and club preparation prior to guests arriving, as well as clean-up at the conclusion of games. The Premium Service Game Day Staff will also support the Premium Sales and Services department with all facets of suite and club operations, including answering guests’ questions about game day activities throughout the Coliseum.

Essential Job Functions

  • Conduct pre-game and post-game checks of all premium seating areas.

  • Assist with set-up and break-down at the beginning and conclusion of the game.

  • Work closely with stadium partners to ensure seamless execution of services.

  • Address and resolve any service issues that may arise at VIP Entrances, Concierge Desks, or any other premium seating areas.

  • Assist with game day events and other service-related game day duties as assigned by the Premium Services Manager.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Must have a strong and positive customer service attitude

  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance.

  • Detail oriented and the ability to prioritize and follow-through on tasks.

  • Ability to multitask at a high level in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.

  • Occasional lifting of heavier objects up to 35 lbs.

  • Must be available to work all Oakland Raiders home games.

  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Corporate Partnerships Representative - The Oakland Raiders (Alameda, CA)

Position Overview

The Corporate Partnerships Representative will assist in the execution of game-day activations and events as it pertains to The Oakland Raiders corporate partners. This position’s primary responsibility will be to ensure every corporate partner receives personal, courteous, and prompt customer service through relationship building, problem solving, and teamwork.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist in the preparation of activation elements such as promotional materials, gifts, informational packets, waivers and suite marketing material.

  • Serve as a resource for venue information such as activation locations, seating locations, and VIP areas.

  • Escort corporate partners to various locations throughout the stadium.

  • Assist with documenting corporate partnership activations through various methods as instructed.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all Marketing Suite and Field Level Lounge guests.

  • All other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in Corporate Partnerships or in customer service/hospitality.

  • Experience working in the sports industry is a plus.

  • Must be a team player who is able to take direction and work well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal communication skills.

  • Must be able to work all home games during the 2017 season, including playoffs, if applicable.

  • Must be flexible regarding work hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Inside Sales Representative - The Oakland Raiders (Alameda, CA)

Position Overview

The Oakland Raiders are seeking highly motivated, passionate and professional part time sales people to join our entry-level sales team. This position focuses on growing and maintaining our base of loyal Season Ticket Members through the sale of new Season Tickets, cultivation of our Waitlist, and duties supporting our renewal program. Our Inside Sales program is designed to identify, train and advance the next generation of superstars on the business side of sports.  

Essential Job Functions 

  • Generate revenue through the sale of new Raiders Season Tickets.

  • Make an established number of outbound calls per week.

  • Process payments and book sales using Ticketmaster’s Archtics software.

  • Serve in a guest services capacity on game day, remedying operational and customer service issues at our box office.

  • Meet regularly with supervisors and captains regarding progress and strategy for increasing sales.

  • Execute department sales plan to reach individual and department goals.

  • Actively cultivate new leads through referrals, networking and CRM dashboards.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in Salesforce CRM.

  • Maintain a constant high level of professionalism and follow up with all potential clients.

  • All other duties as assigned. 

Requirements  

  • Strong oral communication and telephone skills.

  • Exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, eagerness to learn, professionalism, and a passion for the sports industry.

  • Strong sales aptitude; sales experience a plus.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Must be able to manage schedule to achieve daily and weekly goals for calls and sales.

  • Must be available to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
